Dear Bill,

On Monday, I will formally launch my campaign for Governor in 2010 with formal announcements of my candidacy in Chicago, Springfield, Marion and Bloomington.

I am committed to doing everything I can to make a difference for the citizens of Illinois, to bringing jobs and economic prosperity back to our state, to restoring integrity and honesty to state government and to making the tough decisions that will return fiscal responsibility and accountability to our budget.
